Lilley Farms and Nursery, Inc. expressly warrants that all plants purchased will be true to name and in good, healthy condition when they leave our nursery. We give no warranty expressed or implied as to the growth, productivity or transplant success of nursery stock once it has left the premises. Any claims will receive consideration only when made within 10 days after receiving plant material.

Within a 20 mile radius of our nursery, we offer free delivery on orders of $1,000.00 or more. For distances greater than 20 miles, we will gladly arrange shipping of small or large orders via our truck or independent tractor trailer.

We ask for a 20% deposit on orders to be shipped to first time customers. We do require cash or check upon receipt of nursery stock.

Additional Volume Discount Program Per Order:
2,000 - 5,000: 2% Discount
5,001 - 15,000: 5% Discount
15,001 - up: 10% Discount

Even though we do not recommend summer digging, we are prepared at buyer's risk to dig and hold trees under mist for a hardening off period of 1 to 2 weeks. The fee for digging 'in-leaf' is an additional 20% of list price. As an alternative to summer digging, we urge you to consider our 'Summer Sales Yard' of pre-dug B&B material held above ground for immediate availability.
